Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our technical fabrics and gear.
What is ripstop fabric and why is it used in fashion?
Ripstop is a reinforced weaving technique that creates a grid pattern, preventing small punctures from spreading. In fashion, it is prized for its extreme durability, lightweight feel, and technical aesthetic.
How long does shipping take for custom fabric orders?
Standard orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Custom printed fabrics or specialized rolls may take 5-7 business days to process before shipping via your selected carrier.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for independent designers?
Yes, we provide tiered wholesale discounts for bulk orders. If you are a designer or manufacturer looking for larger quantities, please contact our sales team for a custom quote.
Can I return fabric that has already been cut?
We only accept returns on full, uncut rolls or defective items. Once a fabric has been cut to your specific length or modified, it is no longer eligible for a standard return.
Are your materials water-resistant or waterproof?
We offer various levels of protection, from DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coatings to fully waterproof laminates. Please check the specific product specifications for the hydrostatic head rating.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For large commercial orders, we also support bank transfers and net-30 terms upon approval.
