At Ripstop by the Roll, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear and materials. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unused, uncut fabrics and hardware.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that fabrics are folded neatly to prevent permanent creasing or damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
